What are the use cases for the stock tank monitor?
The AgriLynk stock tank monitor is perfect for any operation where livestock water access is critical and field accessability is limited. Here are a few common use cases:
-
Remote Pastures: When tanks are far from the house or office, the monitor gives peace of mind without constant driving or guessing.
-
Rotational Grazing: Know if the tank at the next paddock is full before moving cattle.
-
Seasonal Grazing Leases: Monitor tanks on rented land where water issues could lead to lost time—or lost livestock.
-
High-Elevation or Difficult Terrain: Save labor and fuel by checking tank levels remotely in rugged or hard-to-reach pastures.
-
Backup or Overflow Tanks: Monitor reserve tanks that only get used occasionally so you don’t forget about them.
-
Drought & Fire Season: Quickly detect leaks, busted floats, or water loss during high-risk conditions where every gallon matters.
Whether you’re running cow-calf pairs, a sheep operation, or a mixed-grazing program, this system helps you prevent water stress and protect animal health—without burning daylight or diesel.
